Who Needs Reason?

It is a sea slug/cucumber kinda looking creature in a banana shaped and watermelon colored chair playing with a floating golden orb in some sort of caved in desert ruin. Simple as that. It makes perfect sense...Right?...Doesn't it???

Seriously now, this piece started as just a lighting exercise then it evolved to a coloring study using a grayscale image as base and when I noticed I was already painting a background on it and signing. It was weird, fun and even scary to paint this, like driving the wrong way on a freeway or frying bacon without a shirt on.
